Fr. Brian Cavanagh
Celebrates Retirement and Golden Jubilee
Fr. Brian Cavanagh was the pastor at STA for over fifteen years and was instrumental in the growth of our church. This year he is celebrating his Golden Jubilee of priesthood and retired last month.
We will be hosting a special mass on Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 11:30 AM. Fr. Cavanagh will be presiding, we will have personalized music and a special liturgy. All parishioners who had the opportunity to enjoy Fr. Cavanagh's time at our parish are invited to attend.
A celebratory luncheon will follow the mass. It will be held in our Parish Office patio beginning at 1:00 PM. Cost of the luncheon is $10.00 per person. Tickets will be sold after all masses beginning August 10th. Please stop by the designated table outside of church and place your
reservation.
We know Fr. Cavanagh will appreciate and enjoy your good wishes. Please add this special occasion to your calendar. Feel free to invite any individuals who were parishioners of STA during Fr. Cavanagh's term as pastor.
